Warranty

Kronings provides a 24-month warranty on all new trolley’s sold. Batteries, however, are covered by a six-month warranty, as they are considered to have a limited service life. Buyer must notify Kronings of any faults immediately on discovering them. It is the buyer’s responsibility to explain and, when possible, show the fault. In case of a claim, the buyer shall contact Dave Nye(KRONINGS) via telephone or email to make arrangements on how to proceed.
